USA Credit Council - Privacy Policy

We collect personal information to enroll you in our service. The information we require is the absolute minimum necessary. USA Credit Council uses your personal information to provide you with superior client services, and to communicate with you regarding your case. In addition, we use your personal information to keep you up to date on the latest service announcements, feature updates, special offers, and other information we think you would like to hear about.

We collect information about you: (1) that you submit during the sign up process for our service, and (2) any time we enter information from your credit report into our database. In addition, when you sign up for a new USA Credit Council service, or ask to be included in an email mailing list, we collect and store the information you provide in a secure database.

Because the ability to communicate with our clients during any part of the credit recovery process is absolutely essential, your personal information may be shared with other USA Credit Council employees or representing lawyers. They will protect your personal information in accordance with the USA Credit Council Customer Privacy Policy. USA Credit Council will not share your personal contact information with other companies.

USA Credit Council safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. When you browse USA Credit Council’s web site, you are able to do so anonymously. Generally, we don’t collect personal information when you browse — not even your email address. Your browser, however, does automatically tell us the type of computer and operating system you are using.

USA Credit Council guarantees that it will not directly or through an affiliate, disclose to, sell, lease or rent to any on-affiliated third party your e-mail address, physical address or non-public financial information, in any way whatsoever. We understand and appreciate that your privacy is very important to you. This is why any information provided by you to USA Credit Council remains confidential.
